Our normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. In special situations, we promise delivery within 7 working days to manage expectations effectively.

Yes, you can always return within 15 days of your purchase if you have not used or opened the product. You will have to send it back to us at your own cost of shipping. It will take 7-10 days to process your refund/exchange after receiving back our products. In cases where the product is broken, used, or opened, we will decline the refund or exchange.

Yes on standard exchanges and refunds we will charge you 20% of product cost as restock cost.

Defective items can only be returned to our Headquarters Office, subject to item being returned must be in its original condition with the original tags and tickets.
There are strictly no refunds via cash/credit card. Please note that value amount and shipping charges are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable in any form. Sale items cannot be exchanged in retail stores or via online.
Incorrect item received can only be returned to Lipcara Head office, subjected to item being returned in its original condition.

We take the best possible measures to pack your order securely. However, since some makeup items are very delicate, breakages can occur. In such cases, you need to provide proof of damage within 3 hours of receiving those items. We will require 4-5 working days to process and compensate you in the form of a discount coupon based on the actual damage.

Custom orders can only be canceled within 3 days of order placement.

Instead, we have collaborated with leading courier companies in Pakistan, such as TRAX Logistics, Swift Logistics and more, to ensure the efficient and secure delivery of all your orders to your doorstep.
